2005
John
Langoulant,
then
CEO,
at
the
Chamber
of

Western
Australia,
engaged
her
to
lead
the
design
and
execution
of
people
management
strategies.

Not
for
Profit
entity
reputation
has
now
been
transforming
to
reflect
more
accurately,
a
combined
model
of
Not
for
Profit
enabled
by
a
highly
successful
Commercial
operation
more
aligned
to
a
private
sector
modal.
CCI
now
has
a
strong
'value
add'
Corporate
HR
and
Business
infrastructure.
This
vision
was
hugely
challenging.
It
required
a
monumental
shift
for
an
organisation
steeped
in
so
much
history
and
tradition.
Humorously
she
describes
herself
as
a
late
starter!
She
obtained
her
first
degree
in
Glasgow
at
the
age
of
34,
with
two
babies
and
a
husband
in
tow.
Since
then,
she
has
progressively
worked
her
way
up
the
corporate
ladder
both
in
her
specialist
field
of
Human
Resources
and
Industrial
Relations.
Her
track
record,
both
at
Strategic
and
Operational
levels
in
the
UK
&
Asia
Pacific
regions
with
National
and
International
organizations
speaks
for
itself.
She
has
extensive
experience
as
a
Senior
Executive
in
Strategic
Human
Resources
&
Corporate
Services,
her
accomplishments
include:
