Australasian Executive Coaching specialises in working with Executives in both a personal and/or professional capacity. This decision was based on my extensive international experience as a leader in Corporate Professional Services combined with 20 + years as a Senior Human Resources Practitioner. As an internal coach I had over 2000 hours in professional coaching before setting up my own business. Working as an Executive Coach, I am living my dreams for the future! How are you doing?
What does an Executive Coach do?
My answer is simple, at Australasian Executive Coaching we inspire our clients to take positive actions to enable peak performance. When you operate at ‘peak performance’ levels in either your life or your work, you are being the ‘best’ you possible can be. Some clients want strategic business coaching, others help with their personal or skills development, yet others a chance to just take time out to think and focus with someone who has no political or vested connection to the business. Coaching is aimed at helping clients to move forward in development, planning, strategy, and action.

I have been surprised to find the number of people who are business executives but who don’t see themselves in this capacity.
